MID-TERM INVESTMENTS
6 months - 1 year, Factoring, Financial Instruments, Chattel Paper and Funding Hold Secured Lines are offered at an excellent return 3% - 5% yearly returns. Minimum $250,000 investment.
LONG-TERM INVESTMENTS
Numerous investment options are available from Fixed Loans, Loan Portfolios, Servicing Contracts for loans, Chattel paper, Promissory Notes, foreign secured investments to managed fund lending with returns from 4% - 12% yearly secured. Minimum $100,000.
The above types of credit investments are professionally managed with a 60 day return request except for short term investments that carry a no cancel clause for 120 days. Monies are secured with a custodial account of collateral held in Trust.
