Qualification & Process





DIVERSIFIED



INVESTOR QUALIFICATION





Most investments will require an application to qualify the investor for certain types of investments.


Most Accredited Investors will meet the threshold for certain advanced investments and financial instruments


Standard, non-accredited investors may qualify for less risky investments.


Mortgage/Real Estate/Loan products are available to most investors.


Credit products are available for non-accredited investors.


In order to qualify for more advanced instruments and investments, financial documents may be required to show net worth, income, stability, banking, and prior trading in securities investments, bonds, etc. Should show capability and wherewithal to engage in sophisticated investments.



General Requirements and Process for Credit Products



The standard process for investments is as follows:



Investor becomes qualified to engage in transaction through an application process


Investor then communicates with Account manager to board new client


Investor is given client login to gain electronic access to account


Investor is given a selection of investments, financial products, etc. to choose from that is based on investor scope and time horizon


Account manager is to communicate with investor with any follow-up questions regarding certain products or services.



The below information is categorized in general terms:




CREDIT LINES

$100,000 increments are accepted at a rate if 2-4% return with a time horizon of 120 days or less.


CREDIT FACILITIES

$100,000 Increments are accepted with a rate of 3-4% return with a time horizon of 1 year.


CREDIT HOLD FACILITIES

$250,000 Increments are accepted at a rate of 3-5% return with a time horizon of 1 year.


RE-PURCHASE FACILITIES

$100,000 Increments are accepted at a rate of 4-6% return with a time horizon of 1 year.


GESTATION LINES

$500,000 Increments are accepted at a rate of 4-7% return with a time horizon of 1 year.



All credit facilities are secured by insured real property and notes, with a transfer and collateral agent.
